I, Chef Taruna Birla, am an Entrepreneur, Author, Homemaker, and self-motivated Chef.
My journey began in my hometown, Bhilwara, where I observed no cooking classes in my vicinity, and people often came up to me for food/cooking advice. I relished those encounters and was always keen on sharing my new recipes and insights. After years of hard work and study, I started my cooking institute in 2020 with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a well-equipped culinary studio to fulfill this need of people in my city.
I have an unshakable passion for creating food with soul, innovative but also classic dishes with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry. I also design cooking courses and workshops with simplified and detailed instructions so that even beginners can enjoy the experience of cooking.
I published India’s first digital book of Bakery edition “Enchanted,” where I disclosed some of my famous bakery recipes. Following the success of my first book, I penned down the recipes for my second book named “Luscious Love from Mom” which was launched on 8th February 2021 by Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
I’ve also been recognized by Sanjeev Kapoor and honored with two prestigious awards – Sarvottam Samman award & Bharat Ratna Ambedkar award by Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, and Goa & Hon’ble Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Shri Ramdas Bandu Athawale.
I aim to provide you with an end-to-end cooking experience, teaching you the various methods of cooking, working with spices, introducing new cuisine styles, and training you to bring out the Master Chef in you by slowly cultivating the craft of winning hearts, filling stomachs and electrifying tongues.
